Damaged Product Return:

Please note that we no longer accept returns or exchanges (same color only) unless the item you purchased arrives damaged. Customer return requests must be sent to support@lepaniermoises.com within 3 days of package delivery receipt.

In order to initiate a return or exchange (for same color only) for a damaged item please send an email to support@lepaniermoises.com and provide your full contact information, the email address associated with the purchase, order number, and the type of damage along with a photo of the damage. Please be sure and let us know if you would like us to replace your handbag (if any left in stock) or issue you a full refund. We will reply to your email request within 3 business days of our having received it. 

NOTE: Upon receipt of the damaged handbag, depending on your request, we will either ship you a new “same color” handbag (if available) and/or issue you a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit (depending on your bank’s policy).
