Refund Policy

LePanierMoises.com is committed to customer satisfaction! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are dissatisfied with an item or it is damaged, please return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. See below:


Dissatisfied Return:

In order to initiate a return because you are dissatisfied, please send an email to support@lepaniermoises.com and provide your name, the reason you are dissatisfied, the email address associated with the purchase, and the order number, if possible. Note: sometimes, if it is the color you are dissatisfied with, it may be possible to trade your handbag out with a different color. If it is the size, please know that our Natural Sand color is a bit smaller than our Saffron colored bag. Happy to swap them out if you like. Regardless, let us know the reason and/or your decision and we will be in touch. For us to accept your return, the handbag must be unused and in its original condition.

Once you have sent us an email requesting the refund, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to use to return the bag to us. The cost of the prepaid label ($13.75) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You will receive your refund back to the original form of payment. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 days. It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit (depending on your bank’s policy).

Damaged Product Return:

Your happiness is our priority! Sometimes handcrafted items have glitches and we’re sorry that you had this experience with your handbag. We are happy to replace the item so we can make it right!

We will gladly give you the option to replace and/or accept it for a full refund. Be sure to let us know which you prefer us to do (see further instructions below).

In order to initiate a return for a damaged item please send an email to support@lepaniermoises.com and provide your name, the type of damage, email address associated with the purchase, and the order number. Please be sure and let us know if you would like us to replace your handbag or issue you a full refund. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for the defective item.

Upon receipt of the damaged handbag, spending on your request, we will either ship you a new handbag and/or issue you a full refund. In either case, please allow 5 business days for us to process your request. It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit (depending on your bank’s policy).
